Who can place an order

The sale of items on this site is reserved exclusively for private users who are at least 18 years of age.

Costs and expenses 

The costs of the products you will find for sale on this site are clearly indicated: prices include VAT. Shipping costs, which may vary depending on the delivery area, will appear when ordering. There are no additional costs. Prices are valid as long as they are shown on the site. If you place an order, the price of the product ordered will be blocked until delivery, even if there are changes in the meantime. For any doubts, clarifications or advice, before or after the purchase, we are at your disposal. It is possible to purchase multiples of 6 products (6, 12, 18, 24…), even of different types and formats.

To place an order on this site you must be of age.

Confirmation of orders

Each order you place on our site will be followed by a communication via e-mail which will summarize the details of the order itself, including shipping costs and, in case of payment by bank transfer, will indicate the necessary data. in case of payment by bank transfer, you will have the right to request cancellation of the order within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail by communicating this to us via e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 12 hours of your order, please contact us via email.

Shipping and Delivery of products

The items ordered will be shipped as quickly as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays); if this is not possible, for example due to products being temporarily out of stock, or if your data is incomplete, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Packaging and shipping are carried out with the utmost care and attention, however if something does not satisfy you please let us know.

Terms of payment

Payment for the ordered products can be made: via advance bank transfer via PayPal or credit card. In case of payment via bank transfer, you will receive the details via e-mail on the order summary.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99 you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days from the day you receive the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by registered mail, indicating which products must be subject to withdrawal and the reason, as well as your bank details. You will then have to send us the products intact and in their original packaging. Azienda Vitivinicola Sofia Ribaldone must receive such products within thirty (30) working days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The shipping of the products to the sender is at your expense and under your responsibility. As soon as we have received the products we will refund the sums paid, excluding shipping costs. If the ordered products are not collected and returned to the sender you will still be required to pay the postage costs incurred by us for shipping and returning the package. Azienda Vitivinicola Sofia Ribaldone, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relevant packaging or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

Guarantees

In the event that the products received arrive at their destination with damaged packaging or after their expiry date, we will replace them at our expense.

Privacy protection

The personal data collected through this site will be processed in accordance with EU Reg. 679/2016 regarding the protection of personal data and will therefore be used exclusively for the purposes indicated, i.e.: online shop of food products and alcoholic beverages, kept confidential and communicated only to the subjects responsible for delivering the products (Couriers) and collecting payments and in no other case will they be transferred to third parties. The entity responsible for archiving and processing the data is exclusively Azienda Vitivinicola Sofia Ribaldone.

Legislation and Competence

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of these conditions of sale is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the court closest to the retailer is competent.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution. Consequently, European buyers can use this platform for the non-judicial resolution of any dispute relating to and/or deriving from online sales contracts stipulated with us.
