Questo vino secco e fermo, con una struttura morbida e fresca, è perfetto per essere gustato a una temperatura di servizio di 10-12°C. Ideale per accompagnare aperitivi, antipasti, pesce e carni bianche, esprime al meglio la tradizione vitivinicola del Monferrato.
